VAT is tax that is charged on goods and services in Kenya. It is chargeable on all courses currently at a standard rate of 16%

Payments may be made via bank-transfer or by cheque to Neoglobal Corporate Learning Solutions Ltdbank details are provided on our invoices and Registration Forms. Cheques should be made payable to Neoglobal Corporate Learning Solutions Ltd.

Venue details and full joining instructions will be sent not later than Two weeks before the start date of the course.

Visa Support letters will be issued once full payment has been received. Please note that our Terms of Business are not subject to obtaining the visa.

We do not offer accommodation but we would be delighted to offer you a guideline of discounted hotel rates in any of our partner hotels that is within the vicinity of the training venue.

No, it doesn’t include flight fare and airport transfers, however we give complimentary airport transfers for our international participants from time to time.

All of the courses start at 8am and finish at 4pm, with break for lunch and tea/coffee refreshments as appropriate.

Once you arrive at NCLS Event you will be given a copy of the complete course material in soft copy.

Yes, you need to carry a laptop. It is Mandatory as most Course material are in soft copy.
